If you booked an appointment through Pomelo between Oct. 22 and Oct. 30, our schedule shows it one hour earlier than the time you selected. This is because of the Nov. 1 time change. For example, if you selected 11:00 a.m., your appointment now shows 10:00 a.m. Please check your appointment time. If the new time no longer works for you, please contact us or rebook in Pomelo.
Appointments booked after Oct. 30 are not affected.

Appointments that are NOT CANCELLED with in 24 hours notice will be charged $40. This includes telephone appointments.
